Hi, I’m Dr. Ishita Parui – a data scientist with a PhD in cancer biology, passionate about turning complex datasets into meaningful insights. I specialize in R, Python, and SQL, with hands-on experience in bulk RNA sequencing, proteomics, and biostatistics.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring datasets and finding creative ways to apply my skills. One fun example is Confession2Pope – an AI chatbox I built using Vertex AI that offers virtual confessions to a digital pope.
